Who it's for

Made for traffic management companies

For companies that design TMPs, deliver the work, or both. Anything specific to your company is a setting.

By kind of company

Design, delivery, or both

Every task is one of five types: Design, Delivery, Design & Delivery, Hire or Non-billable. Use the ones you need.

Design-only companies

You design TMPs for contractors and other TTM companies, and get them through the RCAs.

  • A TMP register: versions, RFIs and declines with reasons, approval and expiry.
  • Each RCA's reference fields on the plan, such as the MyWorksites T-number or Submitica CAR number.
  • Designer workload, a library of past plans, and reports on turnaround and declines.
  • Design hours logged by work type and invoiced at each type's rate. Hold the invoice until the plan is approved if you choose.

Delivery-only companies

Your clients supply the approved plan. You supply the crews, TMAs and equipment.

  • Delivery tasks that record whether the TMP is client-supplied or carried over, with the approved plan on each shift.
  • A schedule that checks tickets, leave, fatigue and vehicle WOF or COF as you book.
  • An offline field app with the TMP and TGS, sign-ons, pre-starts and vehicle pre-checks.
  • Hire tasks for VMS boards, portable traffic lights, eSTOPs and light towers, charged by the day.

Design and delivery companies

You design the plan and do the work, often over weeks of shifts.

  • Design & Delivery tasks: once the plan is approved, every shift on the task uses it.
  • The expiry queue warns before a booked shift outlasts its plan, and starts an extension in one click.
  • Business units, price lists and rate cards for design and delivery in one company.
  • Design hours, crew time and hire on the same job, invoiced together.

A good fit if

This sounds like your week

  • Plans go to more than one RCA, each with its own portal and reference numbers.
  • One plan is delivered over many shifts, sometimes for weeks.
  • Crews, TMAs and VMS boards are booked days ahead, with site checks and pre-warning in between.
  • Time, hire and design hours need to become invoices without re-typing.

Good to know: ProTTM doesn't do purchase orders, stock counts or a client portal. It doesn't run payroll, but it exports approved time to your payroll system.
