From TMP request to paid invoice

Every shift, email, hour and invoice line for a job stays on one record.

• Headed "Client - Location" and numbered with your own prefix and start number. Numbers are never reused.
• Five task types, each with its own statuses that you can edit.

Time comes from bookings and the field app, is approved once, then goes to payroll and invoicing.

• Work types, such as STMS + Vehicle, TTM Worker, TMA + Driver and TMP Design (NZGTTM), set the pay and charge rates.
• Weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay periods.
• Pay items and overtime rules set in Admin.

Approved time and hire priced from your rate cards, synced to your accounting software, with payments synced back.

• Design charged hourly by work type. Delivery charged hourly by crew role, with minimums and night and weekend rates. Equipment hire charged by the day.
• Credit notes for all or part of an invoice, and voids.
• Tax codes such as GST, zero-rated and exempt mapped to Xero tax types. Each work type mapped to a Xero account and item code.

Who holds which ticket, which vehicles are road-ready, and who has read the latest procedure.

• A competency matrix with filters, CSV export and an expiring-soon view.
• In-app alerts before tickets, WOFs, COFs and other vehicle dates expire.
• Pre-checks with pass, advisory or fail. An advisory is recorded without stopping work.

A home dashboard for each role, reports with exports, and a read-only API for your TV board and tools.

• Reports: task profitability, utilisation, overdue tasks, unbilled work, timesheet exceptions, competency expiries, TMP turnaround by RCA, declines and RFIs by reason, and monthly invoicing.
• TMP pipeline figures: requests received (per working day), work submitted by RCA, RFIs and declines this month with reasons, and processing time.
• Billing figures: invoiced this month against last month, ready to invoice by client, and the billing-run countdown.
