Getting help
How can we help?
Contact ProTTM support
Email josh@prottm.com. Say which company you work for and what you were doing, and include a screenshot if you can.
In the office app, the ? at the top of every page has help on that page. Choose Send this to a person to ask ProTTM support; the page you're on goes with your question, and the reply comes back in the app.
Can't sign in
Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If your account uses two-factor, you'll need your authenticator app or a backup code.
Your ProTTM account comes from your employer. If the sign-in page says your account can't sign in, or you never got an invitation, ask your company's ProTTM administrator: only they can give or restore your access.
The ProTTM app on iPhone and Android
Sign in with the same email and password as on the web. Your shifts, plans and forms stay on the phone, so the app works with no signal and sends your changes when it has signal again.
Notifications about your shifts, and the Face ID or fingerprint lock, are switched on from the Me tab. Signing out needs signal, so your session can be ended and the phone stops getting your notifications.
Something wrong with your shifts or a plan? Your company's office sets those up, so ask them first.
Delete your account
Your ProTTM account is set up and owned by the company you work for, so your company's administrator deletes it. To ask, open Me in the app, then Request account deletion (in the office app: the menu under your name, Password & two-factor, then Request account deletion further down). Your request goes straight to your company's administrator in ProTTM. You can cancel it while it waits, and if they decline it you'll see their note.
When your administrator deletes it, your sign-in and your access to the company end and your contact details are cleared. The company keeps the work records it holds about you (shifts, timesheets, forms and signatures), under your name, as employers must. If you also work for another company in ProTTM, your sign-in stays for that one.
Can't sign in to ask? Contact your company's administrator, or email josh@prottm.com from the address your account uses and we'll pass your request to them.
