About ProTTM
Built by someone who has done the work
Background
Made by someone who has designed TMPs and run crews
ProTTM is built around a real TTM week: plans going to several RCAs, shifts booked days ahead, crews working without signal, and a billing run on the third business day of the month.
It works for any TTM company. Anything specific to yours, from the job number prefix to your RCAs and crew roles, is a setting.
Principles
How it's built
TTM language throughout
STMS, TMA, TMP, TGS, RCA, CAR, RFI and Cust ON. Task headers read "Client - Location", the way the office already says them.
Settings, not workarounds
Task types, statuses, RCAs and reference fields, crew roles, rates, fatigue limits and forms are all settings you control.
Your local rules built in
Fatigue defaults, public holidays and business days for billing runs, tax, and your time zone, all set to suit your region.
Made for the road
Every page works on a phone, and the field app works without signal.
It never emails your clients
You send quotes and invoices yourself, or your accounting software does. ProTTM only sends account emails: invitations, password resets, confirmations and sign-in links.
Read-only where it should be
The API can't change data.
