Privacy and the enquiry form

Last updated 8 October 2026.

What this covers

This statement covers the personal information you give us through the "Book a demo" form on this website, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, which applies because ProTTM Limited, the company that provides ProTTM, is a New Zealand company.

It doesn't cover the ProTTM app. Companies that use the app are responsible for the records they hold in it.

What we collect

  • Your name, company, work email address and message. We need these to reply.
  • Your phone number, company size and how you heard about ProTTM, if you choose to give them.
  • That you agreed to us storing the enquiry, and when.
  • A one-way, keyed code made from your internet (IP) address. We use it only to limit repeat submissions from the same connection. Your IP address itself isn't stored.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about ProTTM. We don't sell it, add it to a mailing list or share it, except with the providers that host our systems.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in ProTTM's database. It is kept separate from the companies that use the app, and they can't see it. Only ProTTM's platform administrators can read it, and only to reply.

The form doesn't send any email. A person from ProTTM replies to you.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while we need it to reply and follow up. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a request through the Book a demo form and say what you'd like us to do.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
